I wake up to find out that Laura will be arriving in Chicago at 11 pm instead of 5:30ish because she was the only one who could get suckered into a 4:30 meeting.

My advisor didn't realize or forgot (I'm not sure which is worse) that I was at a meeting with several others in her office yesterday morning.

And I discovered that I got 2 questions wrong on the stats homework I turned in today. One because I'm careless, and the other because it wasn't adequately explained in class or the book. And the undergrads in that class are dumber than a box of rocks. How many times does the man have to say that 2 things aren't independent until you believe him. Especially when they are obviously not independent?!

Now I can look forward to several more hours doing data calculations in the lab, trying to meet a deadline so that the PI will have numbers to look at before she goes into labor.

I also forgot to put my frozen lunch in the fridge, so lord knows if it will be any good at all when I cook it.

You're really looking at the whole Laura coming in later thing from the wrong angle! Remember! At least shes still coming!

It is a full moon, in fact. Or, will be tomorrow.

But, you get to make fun of undergrads for being stupid! I can't wait until its my turn to do that!

Whiskey all around, yo.
